Q: How long does the process take?
A: A vast majority of repairs can be completed in as little as three to four days. But, if the damage is extensive, or foreign parts need to be ordered, this can take four to ten days (or more). This will be discussed at the time of the assessment.
Q: Can I decide where to send my vehicle?
A: Yes, although some insurance companies may recommend from their stable of affiliated auto body shops, you have the right to take your vehicle to the shop of your choice for repairs.
Q: What type of car/truck paint do you use?
A: As part of our environmental awareness initiatives and solid results, we proudly use waterborne auto paints from PPG®.
Q: If my car/truck frame is damaged, is it a “total loss”?
A: One may assume such, but modern technologies allow us to restore vehicle frames and unibody-constructed vehicles to a like-new or nearly like-new condition.
Q: Can you match the colour of my paint?
A: Absolutely. We use advanced colour-matching tools that take into account how your vehicle’s paint will appear in various types of natural and artificial lighting, as well as other variables.
